Bedroom 1: Providing: 2 x Bedside Lamps, 2 x Euro Pillowcases/Inserts, Scatter Cushions,  Accessories. 

*Using client’s Bed Ensemble, 2 x Bedsides Tables, Artwork from Living area, Blue linen.  

FIRST FLOOR

Family Area: Providing:  2-seater sofa, Coffee Table, Entertainment unit, Rug, Floor Lamp, Decorative Cushions, Accessories.

*Using client’s TV.

Bedroom 2 - MBD:  Providing:  2 x Bedsides Tables (Slim) , 2 x Bedside Lamps, Quilt Cover, and Inserts, 2 x Euro Pillowcases/Inserts, 2 x Standard Pillows/Inserts, Linen Sheet and Valance, Scatter Cushions, Occasional chair, Accessories. 

*Using client’s Bed ensemble, Artwork.

Bedroom 3:  Providing:  2 x Bedside Lamps, Quilt Cover, and Inserts, 2 x Euro Pillowcases/Inserts, 2 x Standard Pillows/Inserts, Linen Sheet and Valance, Scatter Cushions, Artwork, Accessories. 

*Using client’s Bed ensemble.

Bedroom 4:  Providing:  2 x Bedsides Tables (Slim) , 2 x Bedside Lamps, Quilt Cover, and Inserts, 2 x Euro Pillowcases/Inserts, 2 x Standard Pillows/Inserts, Linen Sheet and Valance, Scatter Cushions, Artwork, Accessories.

Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD:

6 weeks hire is offered, commencing from the date of placement.

EXTENSIONS CHARGES:

Weekly extensions rates can be viewed at the bottom of this proposal.

PAYMENT :

An invoice will be emailed out to you once the quote has been accepted.

Payment can be made either by direct deposit, bank transfer or credit card.

There are no surcharges for credit card payments.

Full payment is required prior to install.

Please include the job address as the reference when paying.

Please forward the remittance advice once the payment has been made.

FURNITURE SETUP:

Furniture setup will be done on the 'Install Date' mentioned higher up, or the next convenient date if booked out (confirmed prior to placement). Clean floors and surfaces required prior to our arrival (for furniture and accessory placement). Electricity at the property will be required; if electricity is not connected, please notify prior to placement.

FURNITURE CLEARANCE:

If furniture hire is not extended, clearance will be scheduled on completion of the hire period. Clearance will also be scheduled if the property is sold, prior to completion of the hire period. There will be no refunds provided for the remaining hire periods.

GENERAL AGREEMENT:

All furniture and accessories are for display use only and must not be used during the term of placement. Pet damage is not covered by insurance and will be assessed and billed to you directly.
